This 3 tier cake was made for a sweet 16 party! It was inspired by ruffles and the partay colors! Her party theme was candy!
The cake is half chocolate and half vanilla with cream cheese frosting! It is covered in white fondant and then covered in fondant ruffles! The ruffle flowers are also fondant! The birthday girls mom provided the sweet 16 cake topper! Cute huh!
