This is my daughter's 2nd birthday cake for her Minnie Birthday Party! It is three layers of dark chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting... combined they tasted like oreo! Yum! Everything is edible and all the decorations, including the ears are fondant! Happy birthday to my McKenna!
